Terms & Conditions
Simple terms for inquiries and made-to-order baked goods.
Quotes & Inquiries
A quote or inquiry is not a reservation or confirmed order. All details must be confirmed directly with Teria.
Lead Time & Rush Requests
Please allow at least 5 business days when possible. Requests with less notice may be accepted based on availability and may be subject to a rush fee.
Custom Requests
All requests are reviewed individually. Songbird Treats may be unable to accept a request based on availability, timing, design requirements, or other practical considerations.
Deposits & Payment
All confirmed orders require a non-refundable and non-negotiable 50% deposit or advance payment in full. Rush orders require payment in full at order confirmation. Any applicable payment terms will be communicated before an order is confirmed.
Changes & Cancellations
Please request changes or cancellations as early as possible. Changes may not be possible once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun.
Pickup / Meeting
Orders are available for local pickup or a mutually agreed meeting location only. Shipping is not available at this time.
Food Allergies
Products are prepared where common allergens may be present. Customers should discuss allergies and ingredient concerns with Teria during consultation. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
